My candle has a crack in it? What happened?
Do not fret! Beeswax shrinks as it cools, and if cooled too quickly, the beeswax will form a crack as the wax pool hardens. BUT THIS IS NOT A FLAW! This will not affect the future burn of the candle. This is just the reality of beeswax candles. When you burn the candle again, the wax will almost fill in again. If the crack is particularly deep, it might be a good idea to tilt the candle around after relighting the candle to try to melt the candle near the crack to fill it up.

How do I use the candle snuffer?
Place the bell over the flame and wait until the flame goes out. Be careful not to submerge the bell into the wax. It just needs to hover slightly over the surface of the wax. You will see a wisp of smoke emerge from the bell which will tell you the flame is out.

Why Beeswax?
We wanted to use an all natural ingredient that possess many benefits. Like air purifiers, beeswax candles release negative ions that neutralize the particles from air pollutants, rendering them harmless.
Because beeswax has a higher melting point than other waxes, it emits the brightest, most warm toned flame. Due to its density, it burns slower and drips less.
